1. License Grant

When you purchase a digital product from Poppin Twinkle, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license to download and use the digital files.

This license allows you to print and use the purchased artwork for personal purposes only.

Ownership of the artwork does not transfer to the buyer.

2. Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

• Download the purchased files for personal use
• Print the artwork for personal display (home, office, classroom)
• Print the artwork as a gift for friends or family
• Print multiple copies for your own personal use

3. Prohibited Use

You may NOT:

• Resell the digital files in any format
• Share, distribute, or give away the digital files
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites
• Use the artwork for commercial purposes
• Sell printed copies of the artwork
• Modify or edit the artwork and sell it as your own
• Use the artwork for print-on-demand services
• Use the designs in logos, branding, or merchandise

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

4. Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, and designs sold by Poppin Twinkle are protected by copyright laws.

All rights remain the property of Poppin Twinkle.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer copyright ownership.

5. Digital File Delivery

All products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

Once payment is completed, you will receive access to download the files.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after files have been downloaded.

If you encounter any issues with your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

7. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our digital files is strictly prohibited.

If unauthorized use is detected, legal action may be taken.

8. Agreement Acceptance
