3. Refund & Return Policy

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted after an order has been confirmed and shipped.

The only exception is when a package fails to arrive, and the customer provides valid, documented proof of non-delivery, such as tracking information or carrier confirmation.

If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. PosterLane will assess the issue individually but is not obligated to offer compensation, especially if damage was caused during transit or improper handling after delivery.
