Permitted Uses

You MAY:

• Upload the avatar to your personal VRChat account
• Customize or edit the avatar for personal use
• Use the avatar for streaming VRChat content, or social media

Prohibited Uses

You MAY NOT:

• Claim the avatar as your own
• Resell, redistribute, or share avatar files publicly
• Extract or use assets/textures from the avatar, even if purchased separately
• Use edited assets from the avatar in other projects
• Upload to someone else’s account
• Use avatars in NFTs, blockchain, AI training datasets, or generative AI

Refund Policy

All avatar purchases are non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback may result in:

• Immediate revocation of license
• DMCA enforcement
• Permanent restriction from PremLuxe products

DMCA & Copyright Enforcement

PremLuxe avatars are copyrighted and protected under U.S. law and the DMCA.

PremLuxe may file DMCA takedown notices for:

• Unauthorized redistribution, leaks, or resale
• Use on accounts not owned by the purchaser
• Sharing or repackaging the product

Permitted Uses

• Assets can be used for personal, public, free, or commercial avatars, if included in a completed model
• Assets can be modified for personal or commercial use
• Credit is required for commercial use:
• “Asset by PremLuxe - [Payhip/Jinxxy Link]”

Prohibited Uses

• Do not claim assets as your own
• Do not resell, redistribute, or share raw asset files
• Do not use assets outside of completed avatars
• Do not use in NFTs, blockchain projects, or AI training datasets

Refund Policy

All asset purchases are non-refundable. Chargebacks result in:

• Revocation of license
• DMCA enforcement

PremLuxe assets are protected under copyright and the DMCA.

PremLuxe may file takedowns for:

• File leaks, sharing, or redistribution
• Unauthorized use or resale
• Use in avatars without credit.
