  • Yes! Every item in my shop is handmade by me with care, from start to finish.

  • Yes! If you’d like a different color, size, or design, send me a message before ordering so we can discuss the details and timeline.

  • Most made-to-order items take 2–5 business days before shipping, depending on size and complexity. Ready-to-ship items are sent within 1–2 business days.

  • Sizes vary by product, and many pieces can be customized. If you’re unsure about fit, message me for sizing guidance before purchase.

  • To keep your piece looking great, hand-wash in cold water and lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing and drying unless specified in the product listing.

  • Absolutely! Leave a note at checkout, and I’ll include a handwritten card at no extra cost.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–2 business days

Made-to-Order Items: 2–5 business days


Shipping Options:

Standard shipping is available for all orders.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.


Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once an order is shipped, I am not responsible for postal delays. Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number if there are issues.


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of my products, I do not accept returns. Please review product descriptions and sizing carefully before ordering.


Exchanges:

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will work with you to replace or fix the item.


Cancellations:

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase for made-to-order items. Ready-to-ship items cannot be canceled once shipped.
