My name is Logan Vise; I have been a property manager for the past 5-6 years and managed hundreds of properties. There is nothing glamorous about being a property manager and quite frankly, it can be overwhelming at times. That is why I am creating and sharing educational content to new landlords so that they can manage their rental properties with as little hardship as possible. There will be hiccups along the way, that is inevitable. Fortunately, you don't have to do it alone and I will provide you with all of the help you need to assist you along the way. Buying investment properties is one of the best ways to earn passive income, and that's what it should be, passive. It shouldn't be a second full time job. You shouldn't have to deal with all of the headaches and obstacles that can occur along the way. Finally, unless you own over 10 rental properties, then don't pay property managers to manager your properties! Pocket that money and manage it yourself. The content I will provide and share will allow all new landlords to put the right processes in place to hopefully avoid all of those obstacles.
