REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital and/or personalized nature of our content and services, all sales are final.
This includes digital products, books, courses, wellness programs, and coaching sessions.
If a customer experiences difficulty accessing purchased files or programs, we will provide technical support to ensure access.
Refunds may only be considered if:
The customer was charged more than once for the same item, or
A purchase was made in error and no download, access, or service has been initiated.
For wellness and coaching programs that involve medication, vitamins, supplements, or personalized plans — no refunds are offered under any circumstances once preparation or onboarding has begun.
