Avatar Information

• READ THE INSTRUCTIONS IN MY AVATAR PACKAGE TO BE ABLE TO UPLOAD MY AVATAR! PLEAAAAASE ... ( I will no longer respond to messages such as “i can't upload the avatar because of error messages.” )
• Before purchasing my avatars, please be sure that you know how to upload them yourself. Blender & Unity experience is required for this
• If you edit my avatars and errors occur, it is not my responsibility to help you correct them
• My avatars are tested several times before I offer them for sale. Errors still occur, but are corrected immediately
• Since this is a Digital Product that is sent out immediately after pruchase, No refunds are given
• Anyone who attempts to withdraw the money will be banned from my server and my store
• Anyone who violates my rules will be banned from my shop and my server and will lose all rights to use my avatars.
• Outdated Avatars will not be Updated
• I am not looking for promoters for my avatars
• I do not do commissions or quest avatars
• I do not offer uploads
• My avatars do not have SPS/DPS

IT IS PERMITTED:

• Yes, it is permitted to stream with my avatars, provided that I am mentioned in the description
• Yes, it is permitted to make videos or photos of my avatars and share them publicly with others, provided that I am mentioned in the description
• Yes, it is permitted to slightly modify my avatars, but the avatar should still be recognizable as my work
• Yes, it is permitted to make giveaways for my avatars, provided that the avatar is then purchased for the winner
• Yes, it is permitted to give my avatars to someone as a gift using the “gift” function in my store. Please make sure you enter the correct names

IT IS NOT PERMITTED: 

• No, it is not permitted to use my avatars without a valid buyer's license
• No, it is not permitted to test my avatars before purchasing them
• No, it is not permitted to publish my avatars on other sites or Discord servers or to share them with other people
• No, it is not permitted to resell my avatars and claim them as your own work
• No, it is not permitted to upload my avatars publicly
• No, it is not permitted to use my avatar base for other avatars
• No, it is not permitted to take parts of my avatar to use them for other avatars

SINCE THIS IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT THAT IS SENT OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASE,

NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN.

OUTDATED AVATARS WILL NOT BE UPDATED!
