1. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically via Payhip. No physical items are shipped.

Once a purchase is completed, you will receive access to the download files associated with the product.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks once files have been downloaded, except where required by law.

If you experience a genuine technical issue (such as corrupted files), please contact me and I will attempt to resolve the issue.

3. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a product from this store, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset under the following conditions:

You MAY:

• Use the asset in VRChat for personal or commercial use
• Modify the asset for your own use
• Use the asset on public or private avatars
• Use the asset in commissioned avatars for end users, provided the asset files are not redistributed

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage the asset or its files
• Share the asset files with others, including friends or team members
• Upload the asset files to asset-sharing websites, Discords, or repositories
• Claim the asset as your own work
• Include the asset in free or paid asset packs

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the original files or intellectual property.

4. Commissions & Third-Party Use

If you are a VRChat avatar creator using these assets for commissions:

• The end user may use the final avatar and no one else unless permitted by the person commissioning the avatar.
• The avatar must stay private at all times
• The asset files themselves may not be given by file. They must be purchased directly by the person doing the commission. If the person doing the commission is not purchasing the asset the checkout sheet must be checked as a Gift and their information must be on the sheet as well as the purchaser.

5. Asset Editing & Optimization

You are allowed to edit, optimize, recolor, resize, or otherwise modify assets for personal or commercial VRChat use.

However, modified assets are still subject to this license and may not be redistributed.

6. Intellectual Property

All assets, previews, images, descriptions, and branding are the intellectual property of Purrs Palace, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability Disclaimer

All products are provided "as is".

We are not responsible for:

• VRChat updates that may break functionality
• Unity updates, SDK changes, or third-party tool issues
• Improper use of the assets
• Loss of data or project files

Use of our products is at your own risk.

8. Support

Support is provided at our discretion and typically includes:

• Download issues
• File integrity problems

I do not guarantee support for:

• Custom edits
• Unity/Blender setup beyond basic guidance
• VRChat-specific bugs unrelated to the asset itself

9. Termination of License

Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in termination of your license without refund.

In such cases, you must delete all copies of the assets in your possession.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
