Yes, it is essential to have references and to know what you want. Otherwise, it would be difficult for me to create an asset that you are unsure of.

If:

• Your asset does not align with my scope of work, style, that I predominantly have. I may reject it.
• Your desired asset is not attainable at my current skill level. I will have to decline you.

• However: Don't be scared to ask, I'm always open to bring forth new ideas and designs to the table with you to create a product that you can call yours.

Yes, your asset will appear across on my storefronts after 3 months.

You will be credited as the original commissioner for that product. I will retain rights as the original creator and may use that asset for future references to showcase in my portfolio / website(s)

• As each project differs in complexity, the price will change to match with it.
• 50% Deposit fee required before the start of your project.
• Upon completion of the project, I would require you to send the remaining 50% of the project. Once that has been confirmed on my end, you will then receive your package.

• Allows you to use your product personally that does not involve creating money. You can use them for: streams / YouTube / Twitch / Tiktok, etc.

• Allows you to use your product commercially, you can generate revenue with this. You can use them on: completed avatars, nitro avatars, but must not be used on free avatars.
• You can use them for streams / YouTube/ Tiktok, etc and credit me.

Please read this before commissioning me, as it is crucial to prevent misunderstandings so I can provide you with the product you exactly want.

You must list exactly what you want in the very beginning of the project, all major details including: Main model, extra add ons, animations, and whatever large scale features you require to have MUST be stated beforehand and CONFIRMED by YOU when I send you the list of features you want. Otherwise, I will NOT create them and I will only create what has been stated and confirmed before by you.

If you choose to go ahead, and confirm with me on what you want, and later on you tell me you want to add more features after your deposit fee, I will NOT add them. I reserve the right to cancel your order entirely if there are any disputes between the seller and buyer.

  Further "add ons"/ changes and extra features that are NOT listed within the confirmed list in your order will NOT be tolerated.

No Refunds and Returns. For both the entire cost, or initial deposit fee of 50%. Once your order has been confirmed by both Seller and Buyer.

• I am not responsible for you if you do not read the Terms Of Service properly. I will not add / do extra requests that are outside of the scope unless properly discussed in the very beginning before payment. I will only create what has been listed, and confirmed by you (the customer). If it has NOT been listed prior to payment, I will NOT create it. 

• If you do not understand, please ask before initial 50% deposit fees. As once this has been paid, there is NO refunds and returns. You will lose your initial deposit if you decide to cancel midway.

• As the original creator, I may or may not use your product to promote/ show other people if they would like to see your product as an example of what can be created.

• If the deposit / remainder cost of the payment is not fulfilled by the buyer, I will have the right to not continue with your project. You may be sent what I would have on hand so far with the product at that time. 

• If for any reason, that the buyer fails to provide for the remaining 50% of the final cost once the project has been completed, I have all rights to stop the project. This would mean, you would not get your project file(s) and your project / may or may not be completed. You will also revoke any licenses purchased for the item as well.

• If the remaining 50% is not paid within 2 weeks after the completion of the project, and you do not communicate with me, I will revoke any licenses you have purchased for the product during the end of the 2nd week. I may place the product up for sale on my shop(s) instantly, rather than 3 months later. I will credit you as the original commissioner, however the copyright of the product will still belong to me.

• No refunds under any circumstances.

Depending on my Commision Slots, you may contact me earlier and I will let you know the estimated time of when I’ll be able to start (This can range from 2 weeks to 1 month plus+). To save your slot, you MUST pay me 50% of your Total commission order as a Deposit Fee prior the start date. I will then start on your commission on our agreed date. (If I do not have any commissions prior, I will start on the next day after you pay for your deposit fee.)

Project completion time would take around a week to two (around 7 to 14 business days) but this may change due to the complexity of the model itself and other unforeseeable internal / external factors.

• 1 FBX (your custom model)
• 1 set of textures for it (1 color, 1 style, additional charge is required for additional textures)
• Basic unity setup for this model. ( you will have the basic masks of base color, emissions, metallic, roughness, set up for you, you can disregard this feature if you would like, let me know)

Product Revision

Large scale changes will not be allowed upon completion past stage 1. However, small adjustments like color can be done. This amounts to 1 to 2 small changes over the course of the products creation lifetime.

I reserve the final rights on making small changes, as this may impact the overall completion of the project.

Stage 1): Product discussion, with references->with simple 2D finalized draft / outline. (Once this is finalized there will be no more large-scale changes. I will ask you for your confirmation before we go ahead)

Stage 2) Blender work-> completion

Stage 3) Texture work-> completion

Stage 4) Unity-> completion

Stage 5) Completed package, will send buyer their full package once the remaining cost is paid
