MY OWN ASSETS:
My Assets can be used on full completed avatars, they cannot be resold as is. All assets on my store follow all rules stated here unless the TOS on the product page states otherwise.
My assets can be used on :
- a finished model
- nitro model
Not on:
- free models
- public models
- semi complete models
Every Asset regardless of solo / collaborated has their own set of rules for commercial / personal licencing and will be on the product page. If you need further support, please reach out to me.
COLLABORATED ASSETS:
As Collaborated assets may / may not have a different set of terms of conditions on their own, they will still follow all rules stated here unless the TOS on the product page states otherwise.

You are permitted to use my assets outside of VRCHAT, however you must credit, and let me know.

Upon purchasing/ downloading the package(s) / asset(s) you agree that you have basic unity knowledge in order to use the purchased /downloaded product.
- I am not responsible if your avatar has issues in any way or form once you install the product.
- It is your responsibility to take into account external factors that may / may not cause you issues / inability to install the asset prior purchase.
EG:
- Your own avatars byte size exceeds over 256 +
- Texture memory over 500mb+
More information:
Before release, all products are tested to function as intended, for use in unity for vrchat. However, there may be bugs that may / may not occur but will be fixed as soon as possible. For any questions related to fixes / updates please refer to my discord server.
I am not responsible for bugs / changes or other external factors that may cause the product to stop functioning as intended. Eg: Vrchat updates causing Physbones to jitter, not behave properly, etc as the platform itself updates overtime. Product updates may / may not be carried to help alleviate such issues but will be at my discretion.
Other Platforms:
For use outside of Unity / Vrchat on other platforms / game engines, you may / may not need to provide your own shaders / settings to function / look close to the original look.
EG:
- Chillout VR, Resonate, Maya, Unreal, etc may or may not work
All* products come with a "Quick Unity Install Guide" in the package, created just for you.

DISCORD EXCLUSIVE ITEMS

All "Discord Server Exclusive " items are intended for my server members only. (This includes current, past and new members)
They are made available on my storefronts (paid- for non server-members) as a means for you to easily access the items without needing to join the server.
How do you get the item(s)?
Join the Discord Server to get a 100% off free code for the exclusive item(s).
Or Download item(s) directly off discord server
"Discord Exclusive" items may / may not include items attainable directly on the main storefront (payhip) but with free codes within the discord server. "Discord Exclusive" items may / may not be limited to the Discord platform only.
Certain Free Items may be in "retired states" on certain storefronts, made previously free will now be available free in the server. They will be available as a "Discord server exclusive" item available for direct download. (Such items can still be purchased on the original storefronts) this is done to provide better support while allowing more members to have more convenient access to other free items.
"Free" Items across each storefront may / may not differ. Please refer to the associated product page for the latest update on those free items.
You automatically lose your rights to use the item if you:
- Join, download the item (s) and then leave.
- Your discord account is less then a month old
- Re-selling the item, selling it "as is" without adding it onto your avatar.
- All products (assets or avatars) are distributed "as is"
- Upon download of my products, you agree that you understand my terms and conditions of service.
