Please note: all items are custom-made to order. Once your payment is made, it typically takes 3 to 5 days for the payment to clear before we begin crafting. If you already have a custom file, you can send it to us, and we’ll proceed. If you don’t, we will create a custom file for you and share the details for approval before we start.

Shipping usually takes 1 to 5 weeks, depending on the design and complexity.

We take pride in our craftsmanship, but as each piece is uniquely made, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.
