**What is E-Design? **
E-design is a virtual and online interior design and styling service offered exclusively online.
**How long will the e-design process take? **
Upon purchasing the Custom Design Package, you will receive a downloadable design questionnaire that includes everything I need to understand your vision and the scope of work to get started. Depending on the project scope, you can expect to receive your initial design within 7 to 14 business days.
**What if I need help measuring my spaces? **
Each design package includes a measuring guide to assist you.
**What if I do not know what my style is? ** The Style Questionnaire will help narrow down your preferred style. If you are unsure, you can select “Not Sure.” We will collaborate to identify your likes, any ideas you have, colors you love, and gather visual inspiration to define your style, which will help shape the planned vision for your space.
**What if I want to make changes to the design board? ** I will be in communication with you throughout the process to ensure you are satisfied with the planned vision board before the final draft is presented. You can request up to three edits to your design board to ensure that it meets your vision and budget before you receive your final e-design.
**Where do you source your furnishings for the design? **
The furniture and accessories I select depend on your budget, but I prioritize quality in my sourcing. I source from reputable retailers such as Perigold, Z Gallerie, Pottery Barn, and Wayfair, as well as local vendors. Clients can also specify any favorite retailers.
**Can I purchase my selected items directly? **
Yes, all items selected for your e-design will be listed in the shopping list included in your e-design package, along with shoppable links to the products.
**What if the products are not available when I go to purchase them? ** If you find that something is sold out, please contact me, and I will find a suitable alternative at no extra charge. It's important to note that product availability can vary with each project, and it may change over time due to seasonal retail offerings. To ensure the availability of selected products, it is advised to purchase them soon after receiving your final design revision.
**Will I be responsible for locating, communicating with, and managing contractors? **
Yes, one of the advantages of e-design is that it allows you to participate in selecting and hiring contractors and tradespeople.
**What if my contractor asks me a question about the design, and I don’t know the answer? ** You are welcome to reach out to me with any questions you or your contractor may have.
