Hello! I'm Elsa Ratliff. I started this business to share my lifelong passion for creating with others. I'm currently pursuing a BSEd in Art Education with a minor in Psychology. I've been making art and jewelry my whole life. I'd love to expand Ratliff Relics to offer art, patches, modified clothing, and more. I'm also a vendor at Sticker & Stamp (2109 Wynnton Rd, Columbus, GA)!
