Our current processing time is 2-3 days. All orders are packaged and brought to the post office within 2-3 days of receipt.
All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on which carrier offers the most reliable and cost-effective rate at the time of shipping.
For U.S. orders: Shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
For International Orders: We do not ship physical products worldwide at this time.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped.
During new collection launches, sales or holidays please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be prepared.

Returns and Exchanges are not accepted unless an item was shipped in error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
How long does it take for my order once it's shipped?
Shipping times may vary and please note that sometimes the postal service does experience delays that impact your package's delivery time. Raven Reigns Designs cannot control those instances.

What if my package could be lost?
USPS considers a package lost if it doesn't arrive within 30 days of shipment. Wait the 30 days, then if it hasn't arrived, we will check with USPS tracking.
What if my package is marked delivered by I can't find it?
USPS sometimes marks packages as delivered prematurely. Please check all around your mailbox, porch, and mailrooms. Ask another household member if they brought it in for you. Check with neighbors or your mailperson. Call your local USPS and provide them with the USPS tracking number as they have GPS coordinates so they can see where it was marked as delivered.
