By purhcasing/downloading anything from payhip.com/rebruising and rebruising.gumroad.com, you automatically agree to these terms:

1. User must be 18+ years or older to use/own Rebruising products.
2. No refunds on digital products.
3. Users are required to have basic unity/upload knowledge before purchase.
4. Breaking any of my TOS allows a ban from Rebruising's Payhip, Gumroad, and Server.
5. If a user is banned, they are no longer permitted to use or purchase any of Rebruising's products.

1. Only the purchaser whose information is given at checkout can use the avatar.
2. Failure to input correct information at checkout voids all rights to own/use Rebruising Avatars.
3. Users are not permitted to share/resell/price split/ or upload any Rebruising avatars public to VRChat.
4. Users can not claim any Rebruising Avatars as your own, not even edited versions.
5. Users can not take/use assets off Rebruising Avatars.
6. Users can not rip/take Rebruising's head or body sculpts for personal or commercial use/re-use.
7. Sharing files or the leaking of avatars is permitted.

1. Rebruising assets automatically come with a commercial license, but only permits a personal use license to the buyer.
2. Failure to input correct information at checkout voids all rights to own/use Rebruising assets.
3. User is not permitted to share/resell/price split Rebruising assets.
4. You can not claim as your own, even if edited.
5. When using Rebruising Assets commercially, users must include a credit link to payhip.com/ rebruising.
6. Assets can be used on free/nitro/commercial/public/or private models.
7. Users are not permitted to share or leak files.

1. If using a Rebruising avatar on any streaming platform, a link to this store OR avatar used must be included in stream information.
2. Crediting is required if using are using a Rebruising avatar to promote an asset/texture.
3. You are not required to tag me on Instagram however, you must credit that the avatar is by Rebruising when posting in one.

You are permitted to edit Rebruising Avatars as long as:

• It is for personal use only
• It is uploaded privately to VRChat
• You cannot edit the face/body/sculpts
• You must keep 2-3 original meshes on the edit
• Head/Body or anything merged to those does not count as a mesh

Any Edit still needs to be credited as X model by rebruising

Any Body/Head sculpts are not to be reused for personal or commercial re-use.

1. User must put the receiver's email and discord at checkout
2. User must also put their information at checkout
3. The gifter holds no rights or license to use/own any products unless purchased separately.
