Terms & Conditions for RecruitAlly Affiliate / Ambassador Program

Welcome to the RecruitAlly Affiliate Program!

By joining or registering for the program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation, commissions, responsibilities, and our rights as the program owner: RecruitAlly.

1. Program Eligibility & Approval

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• RecruitAlly reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application for any reason without explanation.
• Affiliates must reside in countries where affiliate programs are legally permitted.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 15% commission on eligible, referred purchases made using their unique code or referral link.
• Commissions are only applicable to first-time purchases from referrals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Self-referrals (using your own code on your own booking) are strictly prohibited.
• You may not use third-party persons, systems, bots, or click farms to manipulate or drive traffic to earn commissions.
• Commissions are calculated after any discounts and before taxes or fees.

3. Payout Schedule & Threshold

• Payouts are made on the 25th of each month for commissions earned in the prior month.
• If the 25th falls on a weekend or public holiday (Jamaica or US), payout will be made on the next business day.
• Minimum payout threshold: $75 USD. If this target is not reached by the 24th of each month, earnings will roll over to the next month to qualify for payout.
• Payouts are made via [PayPal/bank transfer/other method of payment, unless agreed upon by RecruitAlly].
• Paypal is the preferred method of payment and all affiliates must have an active Paypal account to qualify for the affiliate program.
• . You are responsible for keeping your payment info up to date and notify us of any changes made.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• RecruitAlly uses Payhip (default), Microsoft, and/or Notion to track referrals.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your code or link is used properly during checkout.
• RecruitAlly is not responsible for lost, misattributed, or incorrectly entered codes used by referrals.
• Affiliates will be able to track their performance via the affiliate dashboard (if available) upon login, or updates will be provided monthly.

• Affiliates must use their assigned link to qualify for commissions. If an affiliate link is not used within 60 calendar days, the affiliate will receive an email notification. If there is still no tracked activity of referral usage by 90 days, the affiliate’s profile may be automatically terminated and all successful payouts will be sent. To regain an active affiliate status, the individual will need to reapply and undergo approval again.

RecruitAlly reserves the right to deactivate inactive or non-compliant affiliate profiles to maintain program quality and fairness.

5. Affiliate Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Act in good faith when referring clients/referrals.
• Not promote using misleading claims or deceptive language.
• Avoid spamming, fake accounts, or click fraud.
• Use your code only on your owned personal channels (email, social media, website, podcast, etc.).

Prohibited activities include:

• Using paid ads (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn) to boost referrals lists and/or include the use of “RecruitAlly,” “Recruit Ally,” or our brand name and identity any variation.
• Referring through third-party platforms, bots, or reseller sites.
• Any conduct deemed unethical, exploitative, or in breach of RecruitAlly’s brand values.

6. Program Changes

• RecruitAlly reserves the right to change commission rates, thresholds, or other terms at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated in writing via email and/or updated on this page at least 30 days in advance.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

• RecruitAlly reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for:
• Breach of these terms.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Misrepresentation of the RecruitAlly brand.
• Inactivity (no referred sales in the last 90 days).
• Upon termination, any unpaid earnings may be withheld at RecruitAlly’s discretion if fraud or violation is suspected.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee earnings.
• RecruitAlly is not responsible for technical issues, payment processor delays, or tracking errors beyond our control.
• You participate at your own risk and agree that RecruitAlly is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

9. Taxes

• You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with your affiliate earnings, in accordance with your local laws.
