🔮 My Go-To Process for Letting Go:


1. **Identify the memory** that still feels heavy  

2. **Journal honestly** — what story did I take from that?  

3. **Ask:** is that story still true today?  

4. **Use a tarot spread** to explore emotional blocks  

5. **Reframe the story** with compassion and new language  

6. **Use affirmations daily** to replace the pattern  

7. **Visualize yourself** at peace with the past
