A LITTLE ABOUT ME

For more than a decade, I have been walking a path of remembering.

A remembering of the feminine.

A remembering of the body, the intuition, the inner voice, the softness, the strength, the wisdom, and the parts of ourselves we were once taught to quiet.

My own journey into this work began long before I had language for it. It unfolded through my own seasons of becoming, unravelling, healing, questioning, and beginning again.

Over the years, I have devoted myself to understanding what it truly means to heal, embody, and live from feminine energy — not as an idea or an aesthetic, but as something deeply lived and experienced.

Something felt.

Something remembered.

Something that begins to change the way we move through the world when we allow ourselves to come home to it.

Along the way, I have explored the many layers of this work — the emotional, psychological, spiritual, energetic, intuitive, and deeply human.

And what I have come to understand is that healing is rarely about becoming someone new.

So often, it is about returning.

Returning to the parts of ourselves we abandoned.

Returning to the voice beneath the noise.

Returning to our intuition.

Returning to our bodies.

Returning to the knowing that has been quietly living within us all along.

For many years now, I have had the privilege of walking alongside others as they navigate their own becoming.

Of witnessing people move through endings and beginnings, uncertainty and awakening, grief and growth, and the beautiful complexity of remembering who they are beneath everything they have been told they should be.

My work is not about giving you a formula for who to become.

It is about creating space for you to listen deeply enough to discover what is already within you.

I bring together the wisdom I have gathered through years of personal exploration and study with my intuitive and spiritual gifts, my counselling and psychology background, and the lived understanding that comes from walking this path myself.

There is both depth and softness here.

There is room for the spiritual and the practical, the mystical and the human, the parts of you that understand and the parts that are still finding their way.

The Rising Femme was born from this devotion.

A space for remembering.

A space for becoming.

A space to slow down enough to hear yourself again.

Whether you are beginning your healing journey, deepening a relationship with yourself, exploring your spirituality, moving through a season of change, or simply feeling the quiet pull toward something more — you are welcome here.

You do not have to arrive already whole.

You do not have to know exactly where you are going.

You are allowed to come exactly as you are.

And perhaps, somewhere along the way, you will discover that the woman you have been searching for was never someone you needed to become.

She was always there.

Waiting for you to remember her.

Welcome to The Rising Femme.

Rise into yourself.

EXPLORE THE WORK

There are many ways to enter this work.

Through my online courses, you can journey more deeply into themes of feminine embodiment, intuition, healing, intimacy, self-discovery, and personal transformation — moving through the teachings in your own time and in your own way.

Through my private sessions and longer one-to-one journeys, there is space for a more intimate experience — a place to be witnessed, receive guidance, explore what is unfolding within you, and receive support for the season of life you are moving through.

My longer programs, including The Moon Cycle and The Sacred Season, offer a deeper container for transformation, reflection, guidance, and coming home to yourself over time.

And through The Lunar Library, I offer seasonal and lunar resources created to help you move more consciously with the rhythms of the moon, creating moments throughout your life to pause, reflect, release, renew, and begin again.

Each offering is created from the same intention:

to create beautiful, meaningful spaces where you can slow down, listen inward, and remember yourself.

So take your time.

Explore what calls to you.

Perhaps there is a course waiting for you.

Perhaps a private space.

Perhaps a season of deeper guidance.

Or perhaps simply a quiet invitation to begin listening to yourself again.

Whatever brings you here, I hope you find something that meets you exactly where you are.

Welcome in.

Rise, always.
