Service Scope

RoRanks provides automation tools for managing Roblox group roles and processing applications. By using RoRanks, you:

• Grant permission for RoRanks to access and utilize your Roblox group’s administrative features (e.g., ranking members) via secure, encrypted authentication.
• Confirm that you are the rightful owner or have administrative authorization over the Roblox group you connect.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

• Applications & Submissions: All content submitted via RoRanks (e.g., applications, responses) must comply with Roblox’s Community Standards. Content including hate speech, scams, harassment, or otherwise inappropriate material is strictly prohibited.
• Licensing: By submitting UGC, you grant RoRanks a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and display this content as necessary for service functionality. RoRanks does not claim ownership over your content.

Fees and Donations

• Rank Donations: Any Robux donations or payments for group ranks must be handled exclusively through Roblox’s official payment and group systems.
• No Direct Handling: RoRanks does not process payments directly and bears no responsibility for any disputes, lost funds, or failed transactions.
• Third-Party Fees: Roblox may deduct platform or transaction fees. RoRanks is not liable for such deductions.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use RoRanks to:

• Bypass or violate Roblox’s Terms of Use or Community Standards.
• Exploit automation features for unauthorized access or manipulation of group data.
• Distribute malware, conduct phishing attempts, or engage in spam or other abusive behavior.

Limitation of Liability

RoRanks is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. RoRanks is not responsible for:

• Group ranking errors caused by limitations of the Roblox API or incorrect user configurations.
• Scams, fraud, or disputes related to rank donations or any third-party services used in conjunction with RoRanks.
