We thought it would be a simple trip.
Quick run into London. In, out, done.
That was the plan.
The reality?
We ended up parked up in the middle of the city, watching the hours tick by… and eventually sleeping in the truck.
(Yes. Properly sleeping. Or at least trying to.)
It wasn’t glamorous.
It wasn’t comfortable.
And it definitely wasn’t what we expected.
But somewhere between the chaos, the lack of sleep, and the “what are we doing?” moments…
We walked across Tower Bridge.
We saw the city in a completely different way.
We slowed down.
And weirdly… it became one of those memories you don’t forget.
Because road trips aren’t about perfect plans.
They’re about the unexpected moments that turn into stories later.
Even if, at the time, you’re running on no sleep and questionable life choices.
