All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

All purchases made through Atlas are non-refundable.

In rare situations, Atlas may provide a refund or replacement if the issue qualifies, such as:

The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
The product significantly differs from its listed description

Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Atlas reserves full discretion in approving or denying refund claims.

Usage Rights & Restrictions

All assets purchased from Atlas are safe to use within Roblox projects. When you purchase from us, you receive the right to:

Modify, update, or customize the asset
Use the product in any Roblox experience you create

You are not allowed to:

Resell, re-upload, or redistribute the files
Share the assets publicly in any form
Upload Atlas products to websites, communities, Discord servers, or asset libraries

Any breach of these restrictions may result in account suspension, loss of product access, DMCA actions, and other enforcement measures.

Atlas may also report severe violations to external platforms such as Roblox or Discord if necessary.
