You may edit and use the avatar for commercial uses such as streaming, rendering, photo advertisements etc

You may NOT resell the avatar

You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these assets in your own projects, including personal and commercial avatars/worlds.

You may use the assets in commissions (avatars or worlds made for clients), provided the client also owns a license for the asset.

Assets may be used in VRChat and other compatible platforms.

You are allowed to edit, customize, and modify the avatar for personal use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the avatar or its edits as your own work.

Parts of the avatar may not be extracted and resold, even if modified.

You are free to edit, recolor, or modify the assets to suit your projects.

You may not share the original files, whether free or paid, with others, UNLESS buying the avatar as a gift (please open a ticket if the files need to be transfered to another email)

Uploads to VRChat must be set to private. Public uploads or redistribution through avatar worlds are strictly prohibited.

You may not share or distribute the raw asset files (models, textures, prefabs, shaders, etc.) with others.

Uploads containing the assets must be uploaded privately. Public avatar/world uploads are allowed only if the assets are sufficiently baked into the project (not easily extractable).

You may not include the assets in “asset packs,” resale bundles, or free giveaways.

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once files have been delivered.

Support may be provided at Discord but is not guaranteed.

Updates to Avatars / Assets may be provided at Ruski’s discretion. Purchasing does not guarantee lifetime updates.

Violation of these terms may result in a revocation of your license to use the avatar and/or Assets

Legal action may be taken if Avatars/Assets are resold, redistributed, or stolen.
