1. Overview

This agreement governs the use, licensing, and permitted adaptation of all works, recordings, scripts, written guides, digital or printed materials, and other intellectual property created by or licensed from Ryvr Moon LLC, regardless of series, imprint, or collection.

By purchasing, accessing, or facilitating these materials, you agree to these terms according to your license type (personal, professional, or practitioner).

2. Copyright, Ownership, and Trademarks

Empowered Inner Path™, Finding Enough™, Mystical Excursions™, Legacy Untethered™, Horizon Ventures Group™, and Ryvr Moon Publishing™ are trademarks of Ryvr Moon LLC.

No part of these materials may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or shared in any form or by any means, without prior written permission—except as specifically licensed.

You may not claim any part of these materials as your own original creation, nor represent authorship, beyond the terms of an official licensing agreement.

3. License Types & Permitted Uses

Guide Partnership grants the Practitioner rights as described below. This is a partnership recognition—not a clinical or professional license. For full scope and implications, see the summary below and refer to official Empowered Inner Path™ materials for additional guidance.

Empowered Inner Path™ Guide Partnership – What It Means

Holders of an Empowered Inner Path™ (EIP) Guide Partnership are recognized as practitioners who have:

Reviewed and committed to the EIP foundation principles, values, and ethical guidelines.
Agreed to use EIP materials in alignment with trauma-informed, collaborative, and presence-driven practices, as outlined in the Empowered Inner Path™ Framework.

This Guide Partnership acknowledges your alignment with and commitment to the EIP facilitation approach. It is not a clinical, academic, or regulatory certification, and does not authorize any activity outside your existing professional scope or licensure. The Guide Partnership reflects your ongoing dedication to ethical, client-collaborative transformation and the values of Ryvr Moon LLC.

License Type, Permitted Uses, Not Permitted

Personal Use

Permitted Uses: Private listening/reading, kept on own devices

Not Permitted: Sharing, gifting, resale, AI upload, group/client use

Professional Use

Permitted Uses: 1:1 sessions with clients, share included handouts

Not Permitted: Rebranding, resale, group use/public posting

Practitioner License

Permitted Uses: Adapt/re-record scripts for 1:1 clients; share handouts

Not Permitted: Public/upload/distribution, resell, rebrand, transfer

4. AI and Machine Learning Restriction

Ryvr Moon LLC does not permit any content to be submitted to, or used to train, any AI model, tool, platform, or automation system.

Clients and licensees may not upload recordings, scripts, or handouts to AI systems.

Violation results in immediate license revocation and possible legal action.

5. Platform, App, and Future Technology Provision

Materials may be distributed via third-party marketplaces, apps, or technology platforms. You are also subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of any such delivery provider.

Ryvr Moon LLC is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or access issues resulting from third-party actions; disputes arising from the use of platforms are between you and the provider.

6. Certification, Professional, & Ethical Disclosures

Brenda Fanning, CHt, is a certified transpersonal hypnotherapist and guide, but not a state-licensed therapist, psychologist, physician, or financial advisor.

All Ryvr Moon LLC materials—including Empowered Inner Path™, Finding Enough™, Mystical Excursions™, session recordings, written guides, and associated resources—are intended solely for relaxation, education, and personal development. These materials are not substitutes for medical care, psychological treatment, or therapy. They do not provide diagnosis, cure, or prescription, and are not to be used as medical advice or intervention.

Facilitators and practitioners must accurately represent their training, scope, and professional status to clients. Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for health, psychological, or therapeutic concerns.

7. Safety Disclaimer

Do not use these materials while driving or operating machinery. Individual experience and results may vary; hypnosis is most effective with intention and personal safety in mind.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and informational nature of these products, all sales are final.

9. Jurisdiction & Enforcement

Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement, subject to enforceable action.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

10. Client-Facing Materials & Worksheets

Practitioners may provide only handouts or worksheets explicitly identified in their license package.

Client recordings or scripts may not be transferred, except as specifically licensed.
