Yes, every programme is an Excel Document, so you can download it and save it to cloud storage to be accessed from any of your devices.

The percentage-based programme is based on the max weight you have filled out in the "Overview" section and has a slightly more conservative calculation to measure the weight at each RPE. The RPE-based programme can be tailored to an individual if they find the percentage-based programme too conservative, and are better able to estimate their own RPEs.

I provide a variety of programmes depending on your goals! The programmes range from 4 weeks such as the Fasting Programme specfically designed for Muslims during Ramadan or those fasting for 30 days, all the way to 10-week programmes for more advanced lifters!

Not at all. My programmes are designed for anyone who wants to build strength and improve their lifting technique, whether or not you’re interested in competing.

As tempting as it is to max out for every session, maxing out (lifting your 1-rep max) isn’t something you should do often. These programmes (other than the Fasting Programme) will only test maxes at the end of a training cycle or in competition to avoid burnout or injury.
