🎹 General Hourly Rate

• $25/30min, $50/hour

(applies to time spent together in rehearsal; personal practice time is not billed)

🎶 Recitals, Concerts, Juries, Recordings

• Jury / Studio Recital / Informal Performance: $50 (includes 30 min rehearsal)
• Half Recital (30 min): $150 (includes 1-hour rehearsal)
• Full Recital (60 min): $250 (includes 1-hour rehearsal)
• Recording Session: $60/hour (first hour), $40/hour thereafter

(Additional rehearsals can be arranged as needed.)

🎤 Auditions

• Community (local choirs, ensembles, etc.): $50 (includes 30 min rehearsal)
• Professional (scholarships, university, competitions, orchestras, etc.): $100 (includes 1-hour rehearsal)

🎼 Choirs / Ensembles

• Rehearsals: $50/hour
• Concerts / Services: $100/event
• Clinics / Workshops: $300/day + $75/performance

📌 Long-Term Projects (Musicals, Concerts, Extended Engagements)

• Standard Rate (10–20 hours): $45/hour
• Medium Project (21–40 hours): $40/hour
• Large Project (40+ hours): $35/hour

💍 Special Events (Weddings, Funerals, Banquets, Receptions)

• $100/hour
• $70/hour for each additional hour after the first

🎧 Sheet Music Recordings (Practice Tracks)

• 1–3 pieces: $30/piece
• 4–6 pieces: $26/piece
• 7+ pieces: $23/piece

(Delivered as MP3 files via email. One round of editing is included. Additional editing or special requests may incur extra fees.)

Terms & Policies

Music Submission Deadline:

• Scores and program details (time, location) must be provided at least 10 days before the first rehearsal.
• Accepted formats: hard copy, mail, or PDF by email.
• Late submissions may result in additional fees or reduced performance quality.

Rehearsal Policy:

• More rehearsal time may be required for advanced or challenging repertoire.
• Additional rehearsals are billed at $25 per 30 minutes.

Payment:

• Full payment is required in advance.
• Accepted methods: Cash, Check, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo.
• Performances may be refused if payment has not been received prior to the event.

Cancellations:

• If a performance is canceled, rehearsal time already completed will still be billed at the standard rate.

Late Payments:

• If payment is not received within two weeks after the performance, a $10 late fee per week will be added until payment is made in full.
