And We’re Back!
Hey there, Dolly Friends! I’m Shereese (J’s forever Admin and the boss of this dolly ride), welcome to my fabulous corner of the world — My Doll Entourage.

And for those who already know the fiery dolly side of me and the tales I’ve spun before — just know I’m beaming with unicorn-level joy that you still carry a spark for my passion. The Return
Some may wonder why I’m back after all these years — and, just as important, why I left in the first place. The answer? Life!
I could go into the whole “COVID was a catalyst of bullshit wrapped in a grenade-lined burrito” (because it was), but honestly? I’ve told that tale so many times I’m over it. If you really want the saga of my unconventional ride, check out Crossroads Columnist.
I Still Have My Dolls...Sort Of
When we left home, downsizing took a big chunk of our collection and memories. But of course, J (Jeanette) and a few others refused to go quietly, and lately, I’ve found myself reacquainted with their stories. They had tiny protest signs from the storage unit, demanding to be freed.
As for Deztination J — my design shop for all things dolly-related — that became null and void when life gave me the "people's elbow" in 2021. Insert dramatic tears here. Hopefully, one day I’ll stitch that dream back together. But for now? I’m just enjoying the electric energy of my plastic crew and where they take me.
Back 2 Basics
Getting back in the swing of things isn’t as newbie-driven as when we first started, but it’s still a process. I’m catching up on the latest drops, fellow doll enthusiasts and their soap opera stories, and perusing antique stores and hidden nooks for fun finds.
That said, with my current lifestyle, I don’t expect my collection to be as massive as before. And honestly? That’s okay.
Growing Forward
Coming back has respawned that whimsical energy I once had, and I’m thrilled to dive back into my chaotic, glitter-dusted era of play, and write their stories — that’s where my passion truly lies!
I might not be clocking in full-time on Instagram, but you’ll still catch glimpses of the madness here and there. I’ve missed this corner of my world — and honestly, I wish I’d never ghosted it. But here’s the truth:
Whatever is meant for you will never be gone for long, and it will always grow back stronger and better than ever.
Besides, these plastic drama queens are helping my sanity in this crazy world, and it saves on therapy.
