2. Digital Products

Products sold through Storykit Labs are digital products unless otherwise clearly stated.

After successful payment, you will receive access to or a download of the purchased product. No physical product will be shipped.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and software are capable of opening and using the provided file formats.

3. Personal Licence

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, purchasing a Storykit Labs product grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the product.

You may use the purchased tools and templates in your own personal, educational and commercial film productions.

However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute the original files

• Share the files publicly or privately with others

• Upload the files to file-sharing platforms

• Repackage the files as your own product

• Sell, sublicense or give away modified versions of the templates as standalone products

• Claim the original materials as your own creation

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Payhip and available third-party payment providers.

Prices are displayed on the product page before purchase. Any applicable taxes may be calculated or added during checkout depending on your location and applicable law.

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

Because our products are supplied digitally, access or downloading may begin immediately after purchase.

Where applicable, including for consumers within the European Union, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that this may affect or result in the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

Some Storykit Labs products may include prompts, workflows, templates or guidance intended for use with third-party artificial intelligence services.

Storykit Labs does not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee their availability, accuracy, output or future functionality.

Users remain responsible for reviewing and appropriately using any AI-generated output.

8. Product Updates

We may update, improve, modify or discontinue products over time.

Unless specifically stated on the product page, purchasing a product does not guarantee access to all future versions, updates or additional products.

9. Disclaimer

Storykit Labs products are designed to assist with creative and production workflows.

We do not guarantee any particular creative, commercial, financial, festival or production outcome from using our products.
