Hi, I'm Sim Tianseng, the Founder and Principal Trainer of STS Academia, providing training and consultancy in Infection Control, Quality Improvement, and Patient Safety across Singapore and the region.

Previously, I served as the Chief Infection Control Officer at a leading private hospital group for over 10 years and taught as an adjunct lecturer in Flinders University’s Master of Health Administration program.
