• By purchasing or using any SylviZone products, you agree to the following terms:
• You are purchasing a digital product, there are no physical items;
• There are no refunds- all sales are final;
• Do not resell, redistribute, or share the files;
• Do not claim the avatar as your own work;
• Sylvizero and SylviZone are not responsible for VRChat updates breaking the avatar, or any issues caused by modifications you make to the product;

• SylviZone avatars are only permitted for use in VRChat;
• You must be 18+ to purchase/own SylviZone products;
• The purchaser is granted a personal license, this is strictly valid for you;
• You must provide a valid e-mail & VRChat username upon checkout- Failure to do so will result in the immediate suspension of your rights to use or own any SylviZone products;
• You are not permitted to price split/share products;
• You are not permitted to rip/leak products;
• You are not permitted to upload SylviZone products publicly to VRChat;
• You may not take assets off of any SylviZone avatars. You must purchase the assets yourself;
• You may not rip/re-use any part off of any SylviZone avatars, this includes my personal sculpts;
• You may not re-sculpt any SylviZone products/avatars;

Edits to SylviZone avatars are permitted when the following conditions are met:

• The edit is only for personal use;
• You do not re-sell the edited avatar;
• The edit is uploaded privately;
• You are not permitted to edit any SylviZone sculpts, or do any head swaps;
• You may not re-use any SylviZone sculpts.
• Keep at least 2 of the original assets on the avatar visible, it must still be identifiable as my work;
• You must credit Sylvizero or SylviZone as the avatar creator;

• Input the recipient's e-mail in the VRChat & Discord Username section at checkout;
• Input your information as well, in the section specified "Is this a gift?";
• You agree that any rights to the SylviZone product solely belong to the receiver of the gift;
