About Me
Sage Hart is an educator, author, and values-based storyteller dedicated to nurturing both minds and hearts. His work spans self-help books that promote mindfulness, natural living, and personal growth, as well as children’s stories designed to cultivate empathy, curiosity, and healthy habits from an early age.
With a background in logical reasoning and moral development, Sage blends philosophical insight with practical wisdom—creating content that empowers readers to live with intention and integrity. His journey as a writer began during his university years, where he served as an opinion columnist at Arizona State University and later as Chief Editor of Angelo State University’s weekly newspaper, earning the Best Editorial Award from the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association (TIPA).
Sage’s children’s books are inspired by real-life activism led by children he mentored in Nepal—young changemakers who cared for homeless adults and engaged in daily service at local orphanages. These stories reflect a deep commitment to compassion, cultural empowerment, and the belief that even the smallest hearts can make a big difference.
