I am a highly accomplished professional with 35 years of experience in various industries, 20 of these years I spent in HR; poised to provide you with all the necessary guidance to effectively manage all your HR-related functions.

ABOUT US

Samuel Consultancy Services was established in 2020 with the main purpose of helping businesses implement proper HR practices to increase profitability, efficiency and employee productivity (PEEP).

Our team is led by a highly accomplished professional with 33 years of professional experience in various industries, 26 years in management, and over 18 years in Human Resources. She is a 2016 MBA graduate of the University of Leicester, a Certified Hospitality Trainer, and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

We offer a range of HR services but specialize in document development, such as Employee Handbooks, Job Descriptions, Standard Operation Procedures, Salary Matrix, Performance Evaluation, training & development, and most importantly our HRHelper software (www.hrhelperapp.com).

We’ve been using HR Helper for approximately 22 months. Our company currently has staff working island wide. Some work in the office while others work in the store and some at home. The system is useful to us as we’re able to track all our staff’s attendance as well as their overtime. The app also has various reminders which is helpful for such a large team. It has birthday reminders as well as contract renewal reminders. This system also allows the staff to track their vacation. Each staff member is given their personal log in which they can use to check all information relating to their employment. All documents are loaded for easy access. HR Helper has many other functions which honestly, we currently do not utilize but are available if needed.

Juliana Samuel is my go-to person whenever I have any queries or concerns regarding the software. I would admit that I have messaged her at odd hours, early mornings, and late at night and she has always been available to assist. This is not something I would encourage, but at least I know when needed she is available.


The system is indeed very easy to use and I was provided full training on how to use it.
