Hi, I’m Isabella, the creator behind SanoFlow.
I’m a yoga teacher who believes that even small moments of mindfulness can make a meaningful difference in how we feel throughout the day.
SanoFlow is a space where I share breath-led yoga practices and simple rituals that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create moments of calm in everyday life.
My goal is to make mindfulness and movement feel approachable, grounding, and supportive so you can return to your breath, your body, and yourself whenever you need it.
