With a master’s in professional counseling, a bachelor’s in business administration, and two decades leading in healthcare, Sharon has seen burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm up close — but more importantly, she’s lived it. She’s carried it in her shoulders, hidden it behind a smile, and clawed her way back to calm one tiny, honest moment at a time.

As a mom of five and grandma of four, she knows exactly how easy it is to come last on your own list — and how powerful it feels when you finally flip the script.
