If the other party wants a commission; please have them make a ticket in my server.

• You may NOT share ur personal model with an outside party. (It is a personal model Idc if u can't upload it. If I have to I'll upload for you)
• Do not take / rip / or steal any assets off my model it will result in an immediate ban
• Do not make ur personal model public for any reason
• Do not upload ur personal model to a different account that isn't ur own. If unsure make a ticket
• Do not resell any of my personal models
• Do not claim as ur own work pls credit me on TikTok, Instagram, or Twitter
• All purchases are final
• NO REFUNDS
• Please have basic Unity knowledge before purchasing that includes; simply importing packages, and uploading
• Avatar editing is allowed (if u break the avatar that is not my responsibility)
• If you end up banned from my server you may still use ur personal model; BUT you will be unable to have anymore future projects with me.
• Any minors in server that gets a comm from me will ONLY be able to get SFW avatars from me and that will include; NSFW body parts will be hidden/removed, NO SPS/DPS, or any other NSFW content.
• You may NOT take and reuse my custom sculpts for other models nor for resale.
• If u want a sculpt from me am perfectly ok with selling it to you.
• If you want to gift a comm to someone or sculpt please implement their info NOT UR OWN. You can also invite them into server for the comm and simply pay for what they want.
• f you gift a comm to someone YOU CANNOT UPLOAD THE AVI TO UR OWN ACCOUNT. The avi strictly belongs to the gifted.
