Definition

Unless it is mentioned otherwise, the following definitions shall apply.

Seller: The owner of the store. In the case of this agreement it is SeSangART (https://payhip.com/SeSangART). Can also be referred to as the creator.

Agreement: The condition of having the same opinion, decision or arrangement between the buyer(s) and the seller to follow and agree to the terms and conditions (everything mentioned on this page).

Buyer: The person who purchases a product/products from the seller SeSangART.

Product(s): Product(s) signifies either a singular product or multiple products.

Product(s) is/are any material/materials (including but not limited to Animation Loops, Colouring Books, Courses and other products) sold in the store SeSangART here: https://payhip.com/SeSangART and purchased by the buyer from the aforementioned store. Can also be referred to as goods.

Purchase/Purchasing process: The transaction method by which the buyer pays the monetary value of the product(s) based on the price mentioned on the store.

Price: Monetary value of the product(s) listed on the store.

1. Access to the product(s)

During the purchasing process, the store will ask the buyer for the mandatory information of their name, surname and email address to proceed with the transaction.

After purchasing the digital product(s), the buyer will receive a direct link to download the product(s) as well as a mail with download link and invoice to their valid mail id.

A buyer can have a maximum of three download attempts of the product(s) purchased. After the product(s) is downloaded thrice or three download attempts are used, the buyer will no longer be able to download the product(s).

The seller has the right to refuse access to the product(s) and cancel the download link if the buyer does not comply with the terms and conditions of the store. For example, if their payment is canceled or charged back.

2. Format & compatibility

Loop Animation product(s) formats:

a)Animation videos and countdown timer - MP4 (MPEG-4 Part 14)

b)Stickers - PNG (Portable Network Graphics)

c)Loop animation - GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)

d)Static images - PNG (Portable Network Graphics)

Colouring book product(s) formats:

a)Colouring books - PDF (Portable Document Format)

b)Colouring book printing advice - PDF (Portable Document Format)

Software compatibility:

MP4 runs well on VLC Media Player, QuickTime Player and many more.

It also works with streaming softwares like OBS, PRISM Live Studio etc.

PNG files can be opened with any major browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc. Google photos, Photoshop etc. can open this file type. It can also be used as overlays on streaming softwares.

GIF can be opened with Google Photos, Gif Player, QuickTime Player, web browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc.

PDF files can be opened using Adobe Acrobat, Foxit Reader, Xodo PDF Reader etc.

Please note that there are many more softwares that are compatible with the file formats mentioned above. Buyers are advised to find the best software that suits their needs and keep it available with them to use the purchased product(s).

While the mentioned file formats are compatible with multiple softwares, some of which are referred above, the seller is not responsible for the compatibility issues/lack of compatibility of the digital product(s) purchased with any software. 

3. Warranty or guarantee

All the products in the store are provided on an “as is” basis. The seller does not take any post purchase liabilities on any of the product(s) and does not provide any warranties or guarantees on them (the product(s) on the store).

4. Usage rights

All the products in the store are intellectual property of the seller, therefore copyright protected. Upon purchasing the product(s), the seller gives the buyer access to the product(s) for personal usage. Therefore, the buyer only receives the right to use the product(s).

The seller does not transfer ownership of the product(s) to the buyer.

5. Usage limitations

The buyer does not have the right to repackage, reproduce, resale, redistribute the purchased product(s) to any third party under any circumstances.

The buyer can not use the product(s) purchased from the store in following instances:

Adult, pornographic contents

Gore contents

Hateful contents of any sort

In case of training Ai, for NFT and crypto

Anything that violates basic decency and human rights

Anything illegal and unethical

Upon violating any of the terms and conditions, the buyer will lose the right to use the product.

6. Post-purchase damage liability

The seller can not be held accountable for any damage arising from the use or inability to use the product(s) purchased from the store. Once the product(s) is purchased, it is upto the buyer to maintain the product(s).

7. Credit

The buyer does not have any right to hide the signature or credit of the creator/seller on the product(s). The buyer can not claim the product(s) as their own creation or spread misinformation about the product(s) and/or creator/seller of the product(s).

8. Cancellation & refund policy

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable as digital goods can be easily copied and once the buyer receives the product(s) it can not be returned. 

In cases where the buyer can prove that the buyer did not download the product(s) or did not start the course(s), can ask for a refund within two days of the purchase completion.

Once the two-day grace period is over, the buyer will not be eligible to ask for a refund.

In any of the refund request cases, the seller will decide at their own discretion whether they will provide the refund or not. 

9. Data collection and privacy policy

Whenever the buyer purchases a product, they need to enter their name, surname and a valid email ID to be able to complete the transaction. The email ID must be a valid and working email ID for the seller to send the invoice to.

On the seller's end the above mentioned information entered by the buyer is saved under the “Customers” list. 

The seller does not share customer information with any third party individual, corporations or vendors. Only the store hosting site (Payhip) has access to the collected information besides the seller. 

Since the information is stored and maintained by Payhip, the seller is not liable in case of leakage, hack or any other kind of cyber attacks/attempts on the site itself that may distribute the buyer's information to third parties.

Seller is also not responsible for the host website's(Payhip) own policy changes.

10. Updates & changes

Updated product(s) will be sold separately from the previous version(s). The buyer is not eligible to get a free update on products on the store unless otherwise specified in the product description/information.

In case of product(s) eligible for free update(s), the number of free update(s) available to the buyer will depend on the seller's sole discretion. 

11. Amendment to the agreement 

The seller can change/modify terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes on the agreement will be applicable on transactions that will occur after the amendment of the agreement
