All products are delivered as high-resolution, print-ready PDF files. The PDFs are flattened and intended for printing only — they are not editable source files.

Files are supplied at print-quality resolution (typically 300 DPI for photographic prints). For best results, choose “Actual size” or “100%” in your print dialog and request a proof from your printer before large runs. If your printer requires CMYK files or bleed, mention this when ordering a custom version.

 Screens use RGB color profiles while printers usually use CMYK; this can change appearance. Ask your printer for a proof, or request a custom color-adjusted PDF from us.

Yes. The PDF is optimized for high-quality printing. For very large prints, check with your printer about required dimensions; if needed, request a custom high-resolution file from us.

Email shadislitteloft@gmail.com with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We’ll verify and provide a replacement file or issue a refund at our discretion if the file is defective.
