Our Statement of Faith: THE BREAKING & THE BEAUTY

WE BELIEVE

In ONE infinitely creative GOD,
The redemptive, saving power of JESUS CHRIST, and
The present, comforting guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT.

Broken First: THE AGONY, THE GRAVE, and THE GLORY

WE BELIEVE in the literal, excruciating reality of the cross.

As Isaiah 53:5 declares, He was "wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities."

JESUS ENDURED the brutal physical agony of crucifixion,
HIS BODY TORN and HIS BLOOD SHED to pay a debt we could never afford.
HE DIED a complete, agonizing death, was wrapped in linen, and stayed in a borrowed grave.

But we stand on the triumphant truth that the dark could not keep Him and the tomb could not hold Him.

ON THE THIRD DAY, He got up with all power in His hands, permanently defeating death, hell, and the grave so that we might walk in eternal life.

BECAUSE He was broken for us, we understand the sacred theology of the breaking and the beauty.

WE BELIEVE that faith is not merely intellectual but forged in the fire of lived experience.

WE BELIEVE that a vessel must be emptied before it can be filled, and that a fracture does not mean failure.

A shattered piece is never discarded by the Creator.

GOD, in His infinite mercy, uses our breaking to produce a radical, unshakeable ability to stand up in faith.

WE DECLARE that brokenness is not a curse, but a divine refinement.

Just as light finds the fractures in cracked glass to shine with a dimension it never had before, WE BELIEVE the Light of Christ shines brightest through the places we thought disqualified us.

WE STAND on the truth that beauty does not mean untouched, strength does not mean unscarred, and true restoration only comes from the hand of God.

WE ARE BROKEN DAILY so that His glory can pass through us unobstructed—broken beautifully, because our Savior was broken first.
