I’m M. Martin — a writer and survivor who came to this work through lived experience, not theory.

I write about narcissistic abuse, coercive control, emotional manipulation, and the long aftermath survivors are left to navigate once the relationship ends. My work focuses on pattern recognition, clarity, and reclaiming self-trust, not minimizing harm or rushing people toward forgiveness or “healing” before they’re ready.

Everything I create is trauma-informed, grounded, and written for people who need language for what they lived through — often for the first time.

I don’t write to sensationalize abuse.

I write to name it accurately, so survivors can stop questioning themselves and start orienting forward.

She Rises From Ashes was created for people who have lived inside control long enough to doubt their own reality — and who are beginning to see clearly again.

SRFA is a survivor-centered publishing and resource space focused on:

• Narcissistic abuse and coercive control
• Emotional and psychological manipulation
• The cognitive, emotional, and bodily impact of prolonged control
• Rebuilding autonomy without pressure or spiritual bypassing

This space exists to provide clarity before healing, language before closure, and orientation before expectation.
