Brittney coined as Thee Beauty Engineer an Industrial and Systems Engineer by degree, Licensed Esthetician by trade, and Small Business Success Advocate by choice. 

She made her first SIX FIGURES in 2010 in corporate America. She started her first business in 2013  and has been a full time entrepreneur since 2020.

She owns and operates Salon Suites located in West Midtown Atlanta.  She coaches small business owners how to identify, write, and win business grants and most recently she launched a Virtual Staffing Company to help those struggling in their businesses or 9-5s secure funds while in the comfort of their home. 

She has helped small businesses receive 10s of thousands in business funding this year and desires to secure much more funding before the year ends.
