Shipping

Sugarplum Daydreams ships throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands.

At this time, we do not do preorders. That means whatever you order from the signed paperback shop is on hand and will be shipped within 3 business days after your purchase. All orders are shipped using Media Mail and typically arrive within 2-7 business days.

Packages going to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands will take a bit longer to arrive. In all cases, shipping times are an estimate, not a guarantee and may take longer depending on busy season, weather conditions, etc.

Once your books are signed, packed and dropped off at the post office, you will receive an email with the tracking information. When the post office has it, we no longer bear the responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Refund Policy

Signed books are not eligible for refunds or returns.

We take great care not to send damaged or misprinted books, but in the event you receive one that slips through the cracks, please be willing and able to provide proof in the form of pictures, order confirmation, etc. Once that is received, we will work on getting a replacement out to you.

Replacement times will be on an as available basis. We only travel to the US periodically and may not be in the country to process your return immediately.
