MOVEMENT — The Body
I began my work in athletics (track and lacrosse) where I first became interested in how the body adapts under stress.
Training taught me early that progress is not only about effort. It’s about how the body organizes itself under load: how it braces, compensates, recovers, and learns.
Over time, movement became more than performance. It became a language.
One that reveals tension, protection, fatigue, and readiness long before the mind catches up.
This is still where much of my work begins — with the body as the entry point for change.
AWARENESS — The Nervous System & Perception
As my work deepened, so did my understanding of what movement was really reflecting: the nervous system.
Physical patterns are never just physical. They are shaped by perception, memory, emotion, and environment. The body is constantly predicting what it believes will happen next — and organizing itself around that prediction.
I also studied Anthropology, which expanded this lens further. It reinforced something I still return to often: we are meaning-makers. We don’t just experience life — we interpret it, store it, and embody it.
Awareness work, for me, is about helping people notice these patterns without judgment.
Not to analyze them endlessly — but to see them clearly enough that they begin to shift.
ALIGNMENT — Integration & Change
Transformation doesn’t happen when we push harder against ourselves, but when your system feels safe enough to reorganize.
Through movement, breath, somatic awareness, subconscious work, and regulation practices, my work helps create conditions where the body can soften its protective patterns and update its internal map of safety.
By alignment, I don't mean perfection or optimization, but more a sense of coherence — where what you feel, what you sense, and how you move through life are no longer in conflict.
From this place, change becomes more sustainable. Choices become clearer. The system stops working against itself.
My Personal Path
This work is also personal for me. I lost my father at a young age, and that experience shaped my early understanding of safety, identity, and stability in the world. The years that followed were marked by grief, searching, and trying to make sense of experiences that didn’t fit into simple explanations.
Eventually, I stopped trying to “fix” myself and began trying to understand myself through the body instead.
That shift led me into breathwork, nervous system regulation, meditation, expanded states of awareness, and somatic healing practices. I completed my first yoga training in Costa Rica in 2015, which marked the beginning of a long-term commitment to this work.
Since then, I’ve developed and shared this approach across South Florida, retreats, and international spaces, integrating movement, awareness practices, and embodied regulation tools in both private and group settings.
What has stayed consistent is this: the body is always telling the truth of the system — it just takes learning how to listen.
How I Work Today
Today, my work is grounded, practical, and deeply human.
It integrates movement, nervous system awareness, and alignment-based practices to support real change that can be felt — not just understood.
Sessions are not about fixing you.
They are about helping you reconnect to the parts of you that already know how to adapt, regulate, and move forward.
My intention is simple: to help you move what’s stuck, understand what’s happening in your system, and return to a way of being that feels more steady, clear, and internally aligned.
