Shipping

• All items are made to order. Printing takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri).

• You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships.

• US shipping: typically 3–7 business days after printing.

• International: varies by destination; customs/fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• I can cancel or edit size/shipping within 1 hour of purchase. After printing begins, changes aren’t guaranteed. Email signature.jo@gmail.com ASAP with your order #.

Address Issues

• If a package returns due to a wrong/insufficient address, I can reship to a corrected address once the reship fee is covered.

Returns & Exchanges

• Made-to-order: I do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer’s remorse.

• If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact me within 7 days of delivery at signature.jo@gmail.com with:

 1) Order number

 2) Photos of the item and packaging

 3) Brief description of the issue

 I’ll start a replacement or refund right away.

Lost in Transit

• If tracking hasn’t updated for 10+ business days (US) or 20+ business days (international), email signature.jo@gmail.com and I’ll investigate.
