By purchasing, downloading, or using any avatars, assets, or digital products from my store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use my Products.

You can:

• Use the product in VRChat
• Edit the product for personal use
• Use assets on Free/Nitro/Sale/Commission avatars provided the avatar is finished (files stay private)

You cannot:

• Share, resell, or leak the files
• Claim authorship or ownership of the product
• Take assets off avatars
• Use the Product in a manner that violates VRChat’s Terms of Service.
• Request refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks
• Train AI or use it for datasets
• Make NFTs or blockchain projects with it

If you break these rules, your license will be revoked.

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-refundable license to use the Product under these Terms.

You do not receive ownership of the Product. All rights not explicitly granted remain with SillyStitches.

✦• Terms Of Use •✦

You may:

• Use the Product in VRChat.
• Modify the Product for personal use.
• Use the Product in commercial VRChat avatars or commissions,
• Use the Product on Free/Nitro/Sale avatars provided the avatar is finished Provided:
• The Product is embedded in a finished avatar, and the client does not receive the original or editable files.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, leak, or reupload the Product
• Include the Product in asset packs, bases, or templates (free or paid).
• Claim authorship or ownership of the Product.
• Upload the Product to public or private repositories, cloud storage, or sharing services.
• Use the Product in a manner that violates VRChat’s Terms of Service.

✦• AI & NFT •✦

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Product or derivatives for AI training, machine learning, neural networks, or dataset creation
• Scrape, analyze, or process the Product for generative AI purposes
• Use the Product in prompts, reference datasets, or model fine-tuning
• Mint, tokenize, or sell the Product or derivatives as NFTs
• Use the Product in any blockchain-based, crypto, or web3 application
• Associate the Product with cryptocurrency projects or digital collectibles

This restriction applies to all current and future AI technologies & NFT standards, whether commercial or non-commercial.

✦• Refund Policy •✦

Due to the digital nature of the Products:

• All sales are final
• No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks once files are downloaded

if the files are demonstrably broken or incorrect. I will Issue fixes to them if I am made aware! I am not liable for products breaking on your end.

✦• Intellectual Property •✦

All Products remain the intellectual property of SillyStitches, including but not limited to:

• 3D models
• Textures
• Materials
• Rigs
• Animations
• Unity packages

Third-party components (if any) remain under their respective licenses.

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used improperly, contact:

• Proof of ownership
• Description of the infringement
• Relevant links or evidence

False or malicious claims may result in license termination.

Your license will be revoked if you:

• Violate any section of these Terms
• Redistribute or leak files
• Abuse Payhip’s payment or chargeback systems

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product.

✦• Limitation of Liability •✦

Products are provided “as is”.

SillyStitches is not responsible for:

• VRChat or Unity updates causing incompatibility
• Improper setup or user error
• Loss of data or project files

if you are having issues with a product I will help to the best of my abilities!

These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the Products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
