No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the eBook has been purchased and delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Failure to receive the product due to a verified technical issue on our side

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of payment.

Download Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

• A valid email address is provided at checkout
• Their device supports PDF files
• They have a stable internet connection for downloading the eBook
