We currently offer the following shipping options within Singapore:

• Untracked Letterbox Mail — $1.00 for small items like postcards
• Singpost Tracked Letterbox Mailing — $2 for orders up to 2kg
• Tracked Door Step Delivery — $4 for orders > 2kg
• Free Tracked Door Step Delivery — for orders of $80 and above

Shipping rates will be automatically calculated based on either weight or dimension, and displayed at checkout.

Yes, we do! 🌿 For orders outside Singapore, please contact us for an enquiry and we’ll work out the most suitable shipping option and rate for you based on your order and destination.

Yes, we do! 🤍 You can choose to self-pick up your order at Punggol MRT/Punggol Walk.

Alternatively, you can also arrange to pick up your order at one of our booths. Follow us on Instagram for our latest booth dates and locations. 🌿

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together during the stated pre-order period.

For example, if you purchase a Christmas pre-order item together with other items, all items will be shipped during the stated Christmas shipping period.

If you would like to receive some items earlier, please place a separate order for the ready-stock items. 🤍

As our products are carefully packed before they leave us, refunds or remakes/replacements will only be considered for products that are damaged during delivery.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging, so we can discuss the next steps with you.

As many of our products are handmade, small imperfections, slight variations in colour, shape, texture or finishing may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of our products and may differ slightly from the photos shown.
