RULES
No Redistribution – Do not share, give away, or redistribute my packages in any form.
- The only exception is if you purchase a Couple Pack and provide both your information and the other person’s (Discord + VRC name) at checkout. That package can only be shared with the person listed, no one else.
No Public Uploads – You may not make any of my avatars public (edited or unedited) or use illegal public versions.
- Avatars must only be obtained from my official shops or Discord.
- Making my avatars public is illegal. Please report any public versions you find.
No Uploads to Other Accounts – You may not upload my avatars to accounts you do not own.
- If you need an upload, join my server and request it (extra fees apply).
- You may upload purchased avatars to your own alt accounts, but only if you are the sole user of those accounts.
No Claiming as Your Own – Do not claim my work as yours (edited or unedited). Credit must be given when asked or as required by Rule 11.
No Asset Reuse – You may not take or reuse any parts, textures, materials, bone settings, or other assets from my avatars, even for personal use.
No Price Splitting – Purchases must be made by a single buyer; splitting the cost with others is prohibited.
No Refunds or Chargebacks – All sales are final. My products are digital and non-refundable.
No Reselling – You cannot sell or resell my work in any form (edited or not). Only I may sell my creations.
Use in Other VR Platforms – You may use my models in other VR platforms like CVR, NeosVR, or Helios for personal use only, as long as no one else has access to the files. These terms apply to all platforms.
No Update Guarantees – I am not responsible for updates that break avatars or for edits you make that cause issues. Fixes are the customer’s responsibility.
No Responsibility for Misuse – I am not liable for any actions, edits, or usage of my avatars, including hateful, malicious, or illegal activities. I do not support such uses.
License Validity – Your personal license is valid only if you provide your Discord name and VRC name at checkout.
- If you fail to provide this, your purchase and license will not be valid.
