Fortunately, people are awakening to the bigger picture. Rather than feeling hopeless, they are prayerfully taking matters of their lives into their own hands and inspiring change.
Rebecca Prince-Ruiz of Australia is one of those people. Rather than waiting for government and corporations to develop a long term plan/solution or a conscience for that matter, she said enough. Her inspirational revolution started in her kitchen. She shared her concern and idea for change with her friends and they in turn with neighbors, community and the world to stop using single use plastic bags.
You don't need a major organization to back you. You just need to take a single step in a good direction.
It can be a call, a text, a conversation, or a social media post. You get the idea.
Your government and corporations are not your parents or your god (though they would like you to think so).
Take a prayerful step. Have faith. There are some wonderful changes taking place today.
We (society) can pivot from global catastrophe. Just decide to be part of the solution.
We are not victims. We the people are a collective godly consciousness for a good, just and fair society.
