Prayers Answered through the Blessed Life of Sarah

You're probably going to wonder why the previous blog post (here) was so long. And then this blog post is so (comparatively) short. We are seeing hope on the horizon. People are finally starting to see the truth. Thank GOD!

The LORD once described speaking to this people like teaching Hellen Keller. Harsh but true.(Jeremiah 5)

Why is that? It's difficult to teach a people holding onto lies and corruption from days of old.

Perhaps it was also prolonged due to the frustration of the women. The women must have wondered if Hashem (the LORD) even recognized their mitzvot over these thousands of years. Was chesed just rewarded to the men as history appears to tell us?

*chesed/mitzvot (acts of chairty and kindness toward others)

Now, we know. It was always there. It was just hidden within the context of the Tanakh. Maturity was and is needed.

Torah tells us that after the incident of Isaac's binding, Abraham still needed some development. Torah tells in Genesis 22:19 that he rose up with his young men and went to Beer-sheeba and dwelled there. Sarah dwelled in Kirjatharba (Hebron) until her last days. Things between Abraham and Sarah were not the same after that incident. Abraham only returns to bury her.

This is not to say that Abraham's chesed should not be remembered. It should.

We should remember all those (patriarchs and matriarchs etc. ) who paved the way before us. But we also need to learn form their errors. We need to make not of them in an unbiased manner and not repeat them.

But most of Abraham's wealth came from Sarah's "kindness" (see Genesis 20:13) to him when he asks her not to tell the Egyptians she was his wife but his sister. Twice the Egyptian Pharoahs heard from GOD not to touch Sarah. Both times they sent Abraham away with spoils that their GOD do them no harm as it was apparent that the LORD was with Sarah and Abraham.

Isaac repeats the same story with his wife (see Genesis 26) as Abraham when he too finds considering Egypt for help from the famine. The LORD specifically tells Isaac not to go down there. He goes to Gerar instead, but also fears to reveal Rebekah as his wife and says she is his sister instead. Like Sarah, Rebekah finds herself barren as well until the LORD opens her womb too.

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

Some cultures don't think girls should be educated. Other cultures in history didn't think people of color should be educated.

Ironically, these are the people like pieces of the puzzle that humanity needed to sing the most. Until now, their voices had been hindered, yet the Great Conductor would not proceed without their voices being heard.

Hashem did hear the women. Their prayers were stored up. The reward is so great, it is more than can fill anything on earth. But the cloud is full. Women (and men) can receive reward for their chesed even now.

I wait for the Lord, my whole being waits, and in his word I put my hope. I wait for the Lord more than watchmen wait for the morning, more than watchmen wait for the morning.7 Israel, put your hope in the Lord, for with the Lord is unfailing love and with him is full redemption. He himself will redeem Israel from all their sins. Psalm 130:5-8

There is a divine order to everything. The LORD really did tell Moses to give the Torah to the women first.

When Hashem gives a decree, there is no moving forward (real progress) until the previous step is completed. One can not put a steeple on a building before the foundation is built up.

Give the Torah to the women first. Then give it to the men. I didn't say it. The LORD said it.

I asked Moshiach (Messiah) what was hindering the process. It has been pride, prejudice, and misogyny. (I summarize - not that he used more words. He didn't.) Some women have this problem too, but it's mostly been coming from the men of all races, places and cultures.

The deep heart felt prayers and the mitzvot of the women has never stopped. While many women teach the Torah (and hopefully Tanakh - Old Testament) to their children, they must also study for themselves.

Continue to study after the children are old enough to study for themselves. You're busy. Hashem knows. Squeeze it in with breakfast lunch and before bedtime.

It's not the quantity. It's the quality of your study that matters.. Don't speed through it.

Read through it like you have your entire life to do it. It's doesn't always have to be the weekly parashat (portion).

Follow your intuition. That's where The Real Conversation is.

Torah (and Tanakh) keeps your soul attuned to the Voice of the Almighty. Women also tend to ask the questions men don't. Are you married couples listening?

Ask. Expect answers. It will come.

Also, when I tell you the LORD is preserving the lives of the children in spite of the ignorance of humanity, it is so. This is no small thing. This selected video helps explains why.

Many of the answers you seek will indeed come from the children. Children don't have the piles of false information stored in them yet, and hopefully never will after this.

They have also just come from throne of the Almighty. The Universal Song, given to them direct from the kingdom of the most High - direct from the Source - still lingers in the heart of little children.

The Almighty is placing answers in this generation to facilitate the Redemption. Moshiach is coming. The Almighty will utilize whatever heart, mind and voice necessary and available to help sing this amazing Song of Redemption.

Summary:

The LORD hears ALL prayers. The LORD shows up every time you read and study Torah (and the Tanakh). The laws are therein. The LORD breathes upon your mitzvot.

Do chesed often and daily if possible with enthusiasm (not as a burden). Be a good role model for your children. Tithe. Honor the Sabbath Day.

See? That's not too much. Is it?

True love is eternal. You are literally building a place to live via Torah and mitzvot.

It's like a bird building a nest except it's forever. It will make sense. Moshiach will help.

Suggested Reading: Genesis Chapters 36-43. Do the best you can. We will be reading the Tanakh as well between now and next Passover. We all need to fatten our souls.
