Poverty has an energy. It likes chaos, disorder, anger, filth, depression, low self-esteem and hatred. In contrast, wealth aligns with order, cleanliness, love, wisdom, and harmony. Where are you now?
There is an old saying, “cleanliness is next to godliness.” While it’s not biblical, there is truth to it. There is a divine order to things in this world. When you align with it, it seems the favor of GOD appears with it also.
Now you may say that you know or once knew plenty of people who were clean and faithful to God, but they were poor. Perhaps so in your eyes. But not in the eyes of God.
They may have not believed that GOD would provide more than just what they needed. But they always had what they needed. Sometimes their greatest prayer was that you, your parents, and/or siblings were safe, stayed out of trouble, and or received a good education.
They may have not believed God (divine province) would give them more because they had minimal education or for some other reason. But we’ve seen plenty of people receive great ideas and legitimate opportunities that they turned into multi-million dollar fortunes.
So what’s the take away here? First, get organized. Whether you live in a room, a hut, an apartment, or a house, clean it. Keep it clean and orderly. Have a system in place to keep it clean and teach your children to do the same.
Remember, the spirit (demonic forces) feed on chaos, filth, and disharmony. So to the best of your ability prayerfully keep peace, harmony and order in your personal life, mind, and surroundings (home life). Create your own little paradise.
Your house includes your body. Your body is a vessel of God.
Eat the best quality foods you can afford. That includes fresh fruit and vegetables. Eating well will help you think more clearly. Stop eating fast foods and processed foods off the shelf as soon as possible. They do not have nourishing value.
If you need help clearing out any emotional or psychological trauma especially from childhood, don't be ashamed to get help. Rich people do it all the time! Seek counseling. It's private. Counseling can help you remove old and perhaps hidden blocks preventing you from achieving your full potential.
If you are currently using drugs, sex or alcohol to self-medicate, seek help. No matter how hard it may seem, it is possible to end addiction. You must first decide that you want to end the addiction. Tell yourself you are free from it especially before bedtime. Then take the necessary steps to achieve that goal.
Be patient with yourself. This is not an overnight process. But you will see changes seemingly overnight.
Don't replace one crutch (addiction), with another. If you are given a prescription for chemical imbalance (i.e. emotional imbalance etc) by a medical professional, ask if there is a natural alternative such as a vitamin supplement, dietary changes or exercise that would be an equivalent replacement. You want to be healthy and a healthy example your children can replicate and they likely will.
Many people are suffering from depression because of temporary circumstances. As you improve, so will your mood. Doing voluntary work and/or helping others is a good non-medicinal cure for depression.
If you have children, pray for them to be their absolute best. Don't believe current (temporary) circumstances to be their destiny. Pray for and help others. The universe will then send help to you.
It takes at least thirty days to break an old habit and the same amount of time to form a new one. So be sure to set a 3 month, 6 month, 1 year, 5 year and ten year goal etc. It's worth it.
Secondly, energy flows where attention goes. Have a goal. Have a plan for your personal life, business, and family. Write it down. You are more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down and look at them daily especially before bedtime.
As the airline stewardess says before flight take off, in case of an emergency, first put the oxygen mask on your face then help those near you. That is a life key. When you improve, then you can better help those around you especially your children.
Last, be grateful. Be grateful for whatever God has given you. When you are grateful, you tend to get more. When you focus on what is not there you tend to get more of that.
You see. The universe is unbiased.
Quick summary:
1) Clean your living space.
(includes your home, mind, soul and body; forgive; let go of the past; learn; move on)
2) Set a goal(s).
3-5 written goals or desires at any one time is good. Continue to improve and educate yourself.
3) Let go of the past.
Forgive yourself. Forgive others. Seek proper counseling if the hurt is so deep you can't move forward on your own. Just know that it does take time. But healing will come. Focus on your NEW goals.
4) Be grateful.
Energy flows where attention goes. Don’t envy others. Ask GOD for help. Fill your heart with JOY!
When you do these things, you will make better choices and that includes the quality of the foods you eat. It will raise your VIBRATION which in turn raises your VALUE. When you RAISE your VALUE you attract better QUALITY opportunities.
When you receive that GOOD opportunity (does not involve drugs, sex, alcohol or anything evil or illegal that compromises your safety, freedom, or integrity), take the necessary STEPS. Be patient. You are leaving poverty and entering a NEW Chapter of GREATER VALUE.
That old cycle (may be old friends, bad habits, places and some family members) may try to hold you back. Stay focused. Don’t quit. Continue MOVING forward.
Be sure to teach your children. This will end the cycle of poverty in your life and family history.
