3. You may use the asset commercially.

4. Do not share the asset, redirect them to my Payhip.

5. Do not use the asset off of another model until you buy them from me.

6. NO REFUNDS for all digital products.

7. Please have knowledge of Blender

• Please do not purchase any of my assets if you do not have knowledge on how to use Blender programme. I will not personally teach one how to use programs for any/all assets.
• If there is truly a correction needed on my asset - please create a ticket within my discord server and I will make the correction which will be updated into your library upon completion.

8. If you would like to purchase only certain parts of an outfit - please create a ticket via discord server.

• Individual assets are $5 Per, Small Accessories (Like Jewelry) $2 Per - Excluding Unity Packages

Commercial Rights may be removed at any point in time upon the Creators request. By purchasing this Virtual item you are agreeing to the terms stated in the legal sales document. Upon any breach of the terms stated in the document initial contact will be made. In the case of contact being avoided with malicious intent legal action will be taken and justified by myself.

* It must be accepted that all commissions will eventually be sold on my store at least 1 month after sold avatar.

- If I sell your commission alongside other assets to make an outfit, no you will not receive non-commissioned work for free. If you would like the product of the extra assets made, please create a ticket and you will receive a discount.

* Please expect to at least pay half of the total fee when beginning the commission, mesh's will be sent early and second portion to be paid before sending final textures.

- Form of payments: Though tipping system via Payhip, or Paypal, which link would be sent within ticket.

* I do not have genuine set prices, everything either can take more or less time depending on the commission detail which can vary the price.

- You may still create a ticket inquiry of pricing along side the refs.

*If I decline your commission request, please respect my choice.

* PLEASE DO NOT make a ticket to request a commission and do not give me enough time. Please understand that it takes time to create. (Please do not give me a list of more than one asset and ask for it to be finished within 1-2 weeks, I have other commissions to tend to, my store, and life.)

*If you have been blacklisted previously for leaking/sharing assets and/or avatars, I WILL NOT work with you.

- Within the process of commissions I will give constant updates if it is something YOU like/ YOU want, I will not make something you are not happy with that you paid for.

- If it is one of my assets, it will be $10

- If it is another creators asset, you MUST request by the creator if I am allowed to receive the mesh (must provide screenshot of proof that I am allowed) or not; must purchase separately and gift it to me. (NOTE: I will never reuse a mesh without purchase for my personal use, I have no intention of using any mesh even gifted to me. Gifting is out of the respect of the creators comfortability. Once retexture commission is complete, the mesh will be permanently deleted from my downloads.)
